Double Eagle Window Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning, hard water stain removal, and screen cleaning services. The information provided on our Site is intended for residents in our service areas, including McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Allen, and Plano.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including our full content marketing blog, website designs, text, and the Double Eagle Window Cleaning logo (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws in the United States.

5. PRODUCTS / SERVICES

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the features and details of our cleaning services. However, results (especially regarding hard water stain removal) can vary based on the age and condition of the glass. We reserve the right to discontinue any service (such as specific chemical treatments) at any time.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

  • DiscoverAll payments shall be in USD. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any services rendered. For residential services, exterior cleaning may be performed without the homeowner present, and payment is due upon completion of the service.

8. RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. Because window cleaning is a labor-based service, no refunds will be issued once the service is performed. However, we stand by our "spotless results" mission; if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can address the issue.

Binding ArbitrationIf the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS BASIS. While we use professional-grade purified water systems and specialized tools, Luther Sales Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as scratched glass, failed seals (foggy windows), or brittle screens that may break during standard removal.
