Welcome to Double Eagle Window Cleaning ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by us, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and construction window cleaning.

By booking or receiving our services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to the following:

1. Scope of Work

We provide professional window cleaning services, which may include exterior and interior glass cleaning, track and screen cleaning, hard water stain removal, and other add-on services as specified in your quote.

All services will be performed with reasonable care, skill, and diligence consistent with industry standards.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted based on:

  • Window count or access difficulty

  • Excessive buildup (e.g., paint, hard water stains)

  • Add-on services (e.g., solar screen removal, deep track cleaning)

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear access to windows and the work area.

  • Secure pets and inform us of any hazards (e.g., loose fixtures, aggressive animals).

  • Inform us of any prior window damage.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked glass, damaged seals, or rotting wood frames).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows at the time of appointment will be charged the full quoted service price.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted methods: cash, check, credit/debit card, or digital payment (e.g., Zelle, Venmo).

  • Unpaid invoices may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest and late fees.

6. Weather Policy

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds) that may affect safety or service quality. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available time.

7. Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take great care while on your property. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage due to faulty window construction, deteriorated surfaces, or poor window installation

  • Mold or water damage from previously compromised seals or leaks

8. Service Satisfaction & Complaints

If you're not satisfied with the service, notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address the concern at no charge. After 48 hours, a return service may be subject to additional fees.

9. SMS and Email Communication Consent

SMS Policy: By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages, including cart reminders, at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. If you wish to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. For help or more information, reply "HELP" to any of our messages.
